A person with a blog should post at least every two years right? Well, I moved. The basement was unfinished. That took a year and I now have a fabulous craft room. But wait... now I need to remodel the kitchen. So here I am two years later and I have the new craft room, bought myself a Silhouette Cameo 4, and a new laser printer. Now I am out of excuses.
So I went to my favorite inspiration blog,
This is my entry
This is one of many Star Jamlines digis that I bought off of Etsy a year or so ago. I went back to see if there was anything new and Star JamLines is no longer selling on Etsy. Trinity Stamps is selling gnomes that look like they may be by the same artist.
Before I colored him up with my Zig watercolor brush markers, I scanned the image into my Silhouette and traced him. Since I wanted to pop up his hands and the flowers, so I isolated them and cut them separately with the Silhouette. It took a little work to do this, but it's saved for me to use whenever.

I fell in love again with the first touch of the watercolor marker. I had so much fun creating that I really have to make more cards. (I still struggle with posting.)
Used for this card:
